HOW TO TINT EYELASHES
1. Clean eyelashes and applyeye pads on lower eyelidsto protect the skin.
2. Mix and keep stirring tint cream with developer iquid (tint cream: developer liquidresidues must be cleaned.base to tips and keep foris 1:1) for 3 minutes.
3. Apply the mixed cream on the lashes with a brush from base to tips and keep for 5-8 minutes.
4. All emulsions must be removed, and all excess residues must be cleaned.
